Besides that, I’m a Social Worker, Author, Editor, Data analyst, Reviewer for Scientific Peer Review journals, Professional Blogger, Digital Marketer, Public Speaker & Entrepreneur, and Public Health Consultant. I am a Yoga and Meditation instructor having a diploma degree. I also gained knowledge and experience regarding nutrition, diet, and weight loss, which I’ve been utilizing myself too for physical fitness.
